GaySouthFlorida Community Expo 2003 is an opportunity for individuals in the South Florida GLBT community to discover and learn more about the businesses that want to work with us and the local organizations that serve us.

The Expo will be held at War Memorial Auditorium, which is located within Holiday Park at the western intersection of US 1 and Sunrise Boulevard. Walking distance from the affluent Victoria Park and Las Olas neighborhoods and only minutes from Wilton Manors, War Memorial Auditorium is perfectly situated to host our Community Expo.

The Expo will feature more than 100 exhibitor booths showcasing every type of business, product and service. Only days before the official holiday shopping season begins, the Expo will draw thousands of early-bird shoppers, along with thousands more who just want to come out and enjoy the excitement.

Expo attendees will be dazzled by a wide array of performers: both local entertainers and nationally recognized celebrities who will be making guest appearances. From New York City, the incomparable Varla Jean Merman will present her outrageous one-woman show. Our own Sister Sadie, Sadie the Rabbi Lady will be on hand as "Sadie Claus" -- with the help of her hunky little elves, she will be checking to see who's been naughty and nice. CeCe Peniston will have the audience dancing in the aisles, and the legendary Martha Wash will appear for the grand finale on Sunday.

In addition to our fabulous performers, the Expo stage will feature door prizes, special appearances, giveaways and drawings by many of the sponsors and exhibitors, as well as several grand prizes that are sure to raise eyebrows.

The Expo Guide is our full-color, souvenir book that will be handed out to attendees as they enter the Expo. It will feature advertising from our exhibitors and other businesses in the community, a handy booth locator map and a stage schedule with performance times. Remember: You don't have to be an exhibitor to advertise in the 2003 Expo Guide.
