- Booth placement selections are final. Vendors may not swap, trade or otherwise relocate their booths.
- Booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Expo hours are from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm both days. All vendors are required to be open and ready for business at 11:00 am and remain open until 6:00 pm.
- Vendor setup hours are Friday, November 21st, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday, November 22nd , from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. Any exhibitor displaying an automobile in the auditorium must arrive by 11:00 am on Friday, November 21st.
- The auditorium will be locked down at 10:30 am each day. Only those with valid vendor badges will be permitted in the auditorium after 10:30 am each day.
- Booth displays may not exceed 8' in height or extend beyond the 10' x 8' booth area without promoter's express permission.
- All business or other activity for which vendor has rented space MUST be conducted within the designated booth area ONLY. Distribution, layout, or hanging of any items outside the designated booth area is NOT PERMITTED.
- Loud music, amplified voices, squawk boxes, or any other type of sound amplification is NOT PERMITTED.
- Any material deemed offensive by promoter, at promoter's discretion, will not be permitted, sold, or displayed. If you intend to display or sell questionable material, please contact promoter before the expo dates to obtain a ruling of suitability.
- NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE may be sold or distributed as samples.
- Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages or illegal substances may be brought into the park or auditorium.
- It is the VENDOR's responsibility to pay the appropriate taxes and fees to the State of Florida. Promoter is required to submit a list of participating vendors to the State of Florida Department of Revenue. Promoter assumes no responsibility whatsoever for collecting or remitting taxes and/or fees of any kind that may be due from any VENDOR.
- All Vendors and their employees are expected to monitor themselves on all matters of conduct, attire, etc. Any person exhibiting unacceptable or illegal behavior, at promoter's discretion, will be asked to leave the premises without refund. Should that person refuse to leave, they will be escorted from the premises by security.
- Vendors are expected to break down and clean their booth area within one hour of Expo closing. Excessive trash or garbage left behind by vendor will result in a clean up charge of $75.
